Bishop Ryan Cox
Bishop Ryan Cox serves as the Bishop of the Diocese of the Eastern United States in the Apostolic Catholic Church in America. He provides pastoral and spiritual oversight to St. Luke’s Independent Catholic Church, as well as many other communities throughout the Eastern Diocese. Together they are reimagining liturgical worship with a focus on inclusion, sacramental life, and authentic connection.
In addition to his ministry, Bishop Ryan is a licensed real estate broker in Indianapolis. He brings the same care and integrity to his work in the community, believing that both church and daily life should reflect compassion, welcome, and purpose.
Father Michael Parks
Father Michael Parks serves as the Pastor of St. Luke’s Independent Catholic Church, where he helps lead a growing community committed to inclusive worship, sacramental life, and spiritual renewal.
Known for his calm presence, pastoral care, and deep love for the Eucharist, Father Michael is passionate about creating a church where all are welcomed, valued, and invited into deeper relationship with God.
As part of the Apostolic Catholic Church in America, he works closely with Bishop Ryan Cox and others across the Eastern Diocese to help shape a new vision for Catholic life that is rooted in grace, openness, and authenticity.
